Shipping Details
Beauty 4 Ashes ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to APO/FPOs, nor Alaska or Hawaii. Beauty 4 Ashes also ships to several international destinations and U.S territories. International and domestic shipping costs are based on the weight of the items contained in the total order, using USPS, UPS and FedEx applicable rates. Domestic and international shipping costs also include handling, packaging, applicable delivery and signature confirmations, and insurance. For international, non Canada orders, Beauty 4 Ashes ships via USPS International Express Mail. All international customers and Canada customers, please understand that you are responsible for paying all duties and customs associated with picking up your package from your postal service. If you do not pickup your order and have it returned to Beauty 4 Ashes, you will be refunded in full, less all shipping fees and the greater of $10 or 10% of your order value. For domestic orders to the contiguous 48 states, all orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please do not provide P.O. Boxes as the delivery addresses. Your order will be refunded in full. If you provide an incorrect address, invalid email or non-working phone number you will be refunded in full without notification.
Order Processing Time & Shipment information
A customer service representative will carefully review your order before submitting to production for fresh manufacture. We allow 24-48 hours for order modification or cancellation, following this, all orders begin fresh production. All orders are made fresh within 5 business days after order receipt, and then shipped. Shipping may take an additional 5 business days. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your order. Although, you may receive your order sooner, we appreciate your patience. Beauty 4 Ashes ® makes all products fresh to order; our natural products do not sit on shelves in a warehouse. Thus, the average time it takes for you to receive your order is 2 weeks, excluding weekends.
***Product delivery can take up to two weeks because we make your products fresh to order. Following that, they must be shipped. Unlike other companies, natural or unnatural, that tell you your product''s should last forever, the reality is, it won''t. This is true whether they use chemical preservatives or natural ones. Although you may not visibly see bacteria or fungi, our chemists have discovered that many individuals have poor skin or hair because they are using a product produced six months ago, placed on a shelf for a year, and then kept in their cabinets for a year. This is unacceptable and frightening to us. Thus, we make everything fresh.
How to Track My Order
Once your order has been made fresh and completed, you will receive email notification of your order's shipment. Please allot appropriate time for delivery. Please do not contact the carrier and change the shipping address of your order . Any additional charges for changing the shipping address will be billed to the customer once we receive notification of such charges.
How do you calculate shipping costs
Beauty 4 Ashes'' charges the rates that UPS, USPS, or FedEx, who recently raised their rates, provide them. These rates can range anywhere from $7-$15 for the actual shipping costs (including delivery and fuel surcharges added by the actual carriers) an additional $2.50-$5.00 for signature confirmation of delivery, and additional costs for insurance against package theft or loss. Likewise, Beauty 4 Ashes pays for packaging costs, including packaging boxes and materials. Beauty 4 Ashes' goal is not to make a profit off of shipping. Different companies, larger or smaller, with various contracts or deals with their carriers, may charge higher or lower than Beauty 4 Ashes, but we truly try to give you the lowest rate based on what prices we are quoted. if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. | |
