Returns & Exchanges Due to our products natural ingredients and the potential for product contamination after individual use, we currently do not offer exchanges or returns. Once used or opened, depending on the customer's handling and use of the product, the products can become contaminated or lose product integrity.
If you discover that you received the incorrect items or your items are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of your package's delivery via UPS/FedEx at customerservice@discoverb4a.com. We will gladly reship you the correct order, for no additional charge and provide return label information so the damaged/incorrect item can be returned.
Refunds All sales are final. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and no credits issued. If you ever have a problem with a product, please immediately email us upon receipt at customerservice@discoverb4a.com. We do not accept returns because the customer does not like the appearance, texture, or aroma of a product or because the product does not work out for the customer. If you have a specific question, concern, or issue regarding your product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@discoverb4a.com. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction and to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. If you have any problem whatsoever with your products, if a refund is applicable, it will be provided in total with or without the application of shipping or restocking fees.
Our products are not intended to cure, treat, or prevent disease. The Food & Drug Administration has not approved all statements regarding our products.
