Remember, that in most cases, the answers to your questions can be found in our FAQs section. We will try to respond to your query within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). However, please be patient, because we receive between 500 to 1,000 emails per day. We provide detailed answers and not generic responses. All communication is confidential.

Customer Service Hours
10:00am - 6:00pm EST (Monday-Friday). Customer service is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any queries submitted after hours or on weekends are treated as queries placed on the following business day.
