Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday begin processing the same business day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday begin processing on Monday or by close of business day Tuesday. Please allow time for your order to be made fresh due to their natural ingredients.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to our products natural ingredients and the potential for product contamination after individual use, we currently do not offer exchanges or returns. Once used and opened, depending on the customer's handling and use of the product, the products can become contaminated or lose product integrity. Therefore, even in cases where there may be an issue with the wrong item being shipped, we do not ask that a customer return the item. We simply allow them to keep the product and reship the correct item to them. We do not want any of our customers using hair care or skin care products that have 3 year+ shelf lives with old, potentially hazardous ingredients, as most synthetic companies provide, or natural skin care products that a customer may suggest that they did not use, but in actuality did. Our philosophy is to treat your skin and hair care needs as our own. If you discover that you received the incorrect items, please contact us immediately at customerservice@discoverb4a.com. We will gladly reship you the correct order, for no additional charge. If your product appears to be damaged upon immediate arrival, please contact customerservice@discoverb4a.com. A customer service representative will assist you with the process of filing a damaged product claim.
Refunds
All sales are final, returns are not accepted. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and no credits issued. If you ever have a problem with a product, please immediately email us upon receipt at customerservice@discoverb4a.com. We do not accept returns because the customer does not like the appearance, texture, or aroma of a product or because the product does not work out for the customer. If you have a specific question, concerns, or issue regarding your product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@discoverb4a.com. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction and to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. If you have any problem whatsoever with your products, which we pray that you will not, we will seek to provide you with customer service and Jesus-based solution. If a refund is applicable, it will be provided in total without the application of shipping or restocking fees. At Beauty 4 Ashes, we provide superior customer service, because we believe in representing the principles of Jesus Christ to the utmost.Each customer’s results may vary. Our products are not intended to cure, treat, or prevent disease. The Food & Drug Administration has not approved all statements regarding our products.

After you have found the perfect product, you can read the benefits and key ingredients in the item’s description. The available size and price of the product is also listed in that section. Simply click the “buy” button and the items will be added into your shopping bag/cart. Once you have completed shopping, simply review your shopping bag and continue to “checkout.” Enter any applicable information and your order will be processed.

Do you perform testing on animals?
No. All Beauty 4 Ashes’ products are people-tested, not animal tested. Beauty 4 Ashes is committed to the elimination of animal testing. We are equally committed to consumer health and safety, and bringing to market products that comply with applicable regulations in every country in which our products are sold. We do not conduct animal testing on our products or ingredients, nor ask others to test on our behalf, except when required by law. We evaluate our finished products in clinical tests on volunteer panels.

Step Two:
Click on "buy" or “add” to place the product in your shopping bag.
Step Three:
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout. After your order has been submitted, a page will be displayed and an order number will be provided. An email confirming receipt of your order will arrive within 24 hours after your order has been submitted.
SHOPPING BAG:
Click on "View Cart" on the upper right side of the screen to display a list of items you selected to purchase, the selected quantities of each item, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.

Order Status For order tracking information or to determine the status of your order, feel free to contact us at customerservice@discoverb4a.com. Please keep in mind that all orders take 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) to make fresh. Allot an additional 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order's delivery. Thus, please allow two weeks for your order making and delivery to you.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELING AN ORDER Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a “placed” status. Your order is then sent to us. You can cancel or modify your within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing customerservice@discoverb4a.com. Once your order has been submitted for over 24 hours, no further changes can be made.
