Returns & Exchanges
Due to our products natural ingredients and the potential for product contamination after individual use, we currently do not offer exchanges or returns. Once used and opened, depending on the customer's handling and use of the product, the products can become contaminated or lose product integrity. Therefore, even in cases where there may be an issue with the wrong item being shipped, we do not ask that a customer return the item. We simply allow them to keep the product and reship the correct item to them. We do not want any of our customers using hair care or skin care products that have 3 year+ shelf lives with old, potentially hazardous ingredients, as most synthetic companies provide, or natural skin care products that a customer may suggest that they did not use, but in actuality did. Our philosophy is to treat your skin and hair care needs as our own. If you discover that you received the incorrect items, please contact us immediately at customerservice@discoverb4a.com. We will gladly reship you the correct order, for no additional charge. If your product appears to be damaged upon immediate arrival, please contact customerservice@discoverb4a.com. A customer service representative will assist you with the process of filing a damaged product claim.

Refunds
All sales are final, returns are not accepted. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and no credits issued. If you ever have a problem with a product, please immediately email us upon receipt at customerservice@discoverb4a.com. We do not accept returns because the customer does not like the appearance, texture, or aroma of a product or because the product does not work out for the customer. If you have a specific question, concern, or issue regarding your product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@discoverb4a.com. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction and to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. If you have any problem whatsoever with your products, which we pray that you will not, we will seek to provide you with customer service and Jesus-based solution. If a refund is applicable, it will be provided in total without the application of shipping or restocking fees. Our products are not intended to cure, treat, or prevent disease. The Food & Drug Administration has not approved all statements regarding our products.
